Rebel Pike Sardines Deadbait — Oily, Bright and Irresistible to Pike

Sardines — often referred to as Pilchards — are an oily forage fish from the Herring family, originally caught in abundance around the island of Sardinia in the Mediterranean Sea, which is where they get their name.

As a pike bait, sardines are one of the oiliest sea fish available, releasing a powerful attraction that predators find hard to resist. Their bright silver colouring adds a strong visual trigger in the water. One important note — sardines are a soft bait when thawed, so they are best suited to static deadbait presentations rather than wobbling.

For 25 years, Anglers World have been selling top quality deadbaits. We work hard to control quality and packaging directly with our supplier — so you can always trust the bait arriving at your door is exactly what you’d expect. Our reputation speaks for itself, endorsed across Ireland by anglers who come back time and again.
