To ensure your frozen bait arrives in perfect condition, please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Minimum Order

• A minimum of 8 packs is required per order. Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

Dispatch Days

• Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to minimise the risk of courier delays over weekends.
• Orders can be dispatched on Thursday at the customer's own risk.
• Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be held and dispatched the following Tuesday.

Shipping Restrictions

• EU Member States: Please do not place online orders for frozen bait. Contact us directly for precise shipping information before ordering.
• England, Scotland & Wales: Due to Brexit regulations, we are no longer able to ship frozen bait to Great Britain. We apologise for any inconvenience.
