Anglers World Returns Policy
Returns You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for unwanted goods, within 28 days for faulty goods, and you must notify us within 24 hours for damaged goods or incorrect items received. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all component parts included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (bait, live bait, frozen bait), books, DVDs, gift cards/vouchers, products containing hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and downloadable software.
Partial refunds Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, items with missing or damaged parts not due to our error, or items returned after 28 days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please allow a number of business days for this to appear.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@anglersworld.ie.
Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Returns and exchanges can be made in-store or by mailing to:

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
