Bluey's are the new kid on the block, as a pike or sea bait. 

Their unusual appearance of both eel-like shape crossed with a herring and bright blue flecks, make them different and stand out.

They are in fact an exotic species and come all the way from the seas around Thailand and Asia. Definitely something different and already a favourite among some pike anglers.
