3V has got together with permanent tsb and VISA to bring you a great new way to buy online. With 3V Vouchers if you don't have a credit card or don't want to use one, you can shop online on any website worldwide which displays the VISA logo. You can also pay for things using a 3V Voucher over the telephone and via mail order.

Anyone can use 3V Vouchers, as long as they are 16 years old or over, have an email address and use of a mobile phone. You don't need a bank account or bank references and there are no lengthy application forms, no credit checks and no interest charges. It's the more secure, pre-paid way to shop online and is safer than using a credit or debit card. What's more, they're as easy to buy as a mobile top up, from any participating payzone retailer.

About 3V Vouchers 3V Vouchers can be purchased by everyone aged 16 or over who has the use of a mobile phone and an email address. They allow you to shop safely and more securely without needing a credit or debit card or even a bank account.

3V Vouchers allow you to shop online safely as the expiry date and CVV2 code are delivered separately, to your mobile phone or email when you buy a voucher.

3V Vouchers are disposable prepaid VISA numbers that can be used to shop online via mail order or over the telephone just like using a standard credit card.

The numbers are printed onto a paper receipt and are as easy to buy as mobile phone top ups. They can be bought from participating payzone retailers.

You can buy 3V Vouchers in denominations of €10 from €20 up to €350. You can make as many purchases as you like with a 3V Voucher as long as you do not exceed the available balance on that 3V Voucher. There is a fee of €5 for every voucher purchased.

If you want to redeem any remaining funds from your 3V Vouchers, there is an administration charge of €2.50. To redeem a 3V Voucher please go to the redeem a 3V Voucher section. Please note for transactions outside the Eurozone, there is up to 1.75% commission charge.

3V Vouchers should not be used for any transaction where the merchant expects to receive a credit card from the customer, such as hotel check-in, paying when you pick up rental cars or collecting tickets.

3V Vouchers cannot be used on gambling sites.
