Cooling Off

We assume you have read our sales and delivery terms before placing an order and the available options. Anglers World allows 7 days for your application for a "Cooling Off" period to reach us, starting from the day you receive the goods. In order to avail of the Cooling Off period you must not have opened or used the item(s) or broken any sealings on the packaging. The parcel must be returned in the same standard as it was shipped out in. Do not return any parcel until you receive a returns number. Remember that you are required by law to actively inform us of your intention to return goods within the stipulated time frame. All goods must be in the same condition as when our premises. You only pay return postage, and the price which you paid for the item(s) will be accredited to your credit card or else a cheque or money refund after we receive your return.
