* We have negotiated the best possible shipping rates available for both
Ireland and mainland Europe.
* We use private insured courier's for all of our mail order shipments.
* Postal/Airmail shipments must be registered.
* All orders must be signed for on delivery - you must ensure somebody
is present at delivery address.
* Most orders ship same day as receipt of order - Any issues regarding
carriage quote, address information, out of stock items, payment queries
will ALWAYS be clarified with you before despatch by either phone or email.
* Shipping days are calculated in working days - Monday to Friday.
* There are no weekend courier deliveries.
* Ireland (R.O.I. & N.I) - We includes next-day delivery at no extra
cost. However we can not guarantee this in every case, as once orders
are collected from our store, schedules are now determined by our couriers.
Some remote areas are a 2 day service.
* Frozen items can only be shipped from Monday to Thursday within Ireland.
* "Special Instructions" please include any special or helpfull
information in the "Special Instuructions" box that will help
us get your order to you ontime and in perfect condition.
* Small orders - we can ship small packets of low value, low weight and
small dimensions, both in Ireland and Worldwide by postal/airmail service....simply
select "Get a shipping quote" when checking out and we will
